They've been together for a decade, but vocalist Dana Hobson and writer/producer Daniel Wolf only formed this music duo in late 2016. Being film school grads, they never thought to make music together due to having completely opposite musical taste.
​
They do, however, both love hip hop and musical theater, which has shaped their sound. They write, record, mix, and master it all in their bedroom over a series of heated arguments. Topics range from religion to economics, love to hate, and partying to open relationships (which they are in).
​
The couple writes for novelty and variety sake. They have no intention of getting married: Their inescapable prison is Dana and the Wolf.
